Hi! I’m Samuel Parker, an ISSA certified personal trainer from Atlanta. I am passionate about fitness, nutrition and wellness. I started weight training in 2011 and have worked with top fitness chains in Georgia.
As a fitness specialist, I focus on hypertrophy, muscle growth, cardiovascular endurance training, HIIT training, and other disciplines. I train people of all ages and backgrounds. I have also helped many clients achieve their weight loss or muscle gain goals through my training.
My current services include online personal training plans, nutritional guidance, habit tracking, and group classes. As a coach, I am here to help you stay accountable and demonstrate that you are capable of taking control.
My online personal training includes:
- Weekly 60-minute online coaching sessions
- Customized workout plans (for home, gym, or both).
- Accountability from a coach who will support you.
- Nutritional guidance.
- Habit tracking.
- 24/7 access to me through WhatsApp.
- Weekly email check-ins.
- Optional bi-weekly Zoom or phone calls to discuss your progress.
- Access to an educational library of ebooks written by me on topics such as diet plans, abs training, and at-home exercises.
What to Expect During the Online Personal Training
1. Getting Started
You can start by scheduling an online training session with me. Along with booking your session, you’ll need to provide some info. You’re welcome to take a few pictures showcasing your current physique.
In addition, you will fill out a fitness questionnaire to help me understand your goals, fitness level, limitations, and what you hope to accomplish.
2. The Virtual Training Session
- Briefing – Once you’re set up, let’s meet virtually. During our video conference, we will discuss your fitness goals in depth. I will tailor a plan tailored to your goals, whether it’s losing weight, toning up, increasing strength, or boosting your overall fitness.
- Training – I will demonstrate exercises in front of the camera, and you will follow along. You will receive feedback on your form and training advice from me.
- Q&A Time – Have burning questions about exercise techniques, nutrition, or anything else related to fitness? I’ve got you covered. With my certification as a personal trainer, I can answer all your questions so you know just what to do to reach your fitness goals.
Choose Your Plan
- 1-Month Pan: 4 sessions/ 60 minutes each
- 2-Month Plan: 8 sessions/ 60 minutes each
- 3-Month Plan: 12 sessions/ 60 minutes each
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to schedule your personal training session. You can also visit the client portal to manage your training schedule and download your workout plan.
