If you travel a lot, don’t worry. I’ll tailor your program to fit hotel gyms or switch to bodyweight exercises if needed. If you’re on holiday, you can pause your coaching so you don’t miss out. Or, we can adjust your program to suit your travel plans.

Is this an international coaching service, I’m not based in the US?

Yes, absolutely! My clients come from all over, including the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. Your meal plan will be tailored to local food measurements and considerations.

Have you always been an online fitness coach? What’s your background?

I actually started as an in-person personal trainer for 10 years. My online coaching began when my in-person clients, who traveled frequently, asked for programs they could do on their own while away. This led me to open up my services globally.

Initially, I worked in the US, training clients in gyms and outdoor boot camps. My success caught attention, leading me to work with high-profile clients in Hollywood. Since then, I’ve trained clients worldwide and coached personal trainers in various countries. This experience also led me to write for health publications and make TV appearances as a health expert.

Do you help me with my medical conditions / injuries?

As an online service, I can’t diagnose injuries. It’s important to seek in-person advice before starting any training program if you have medical conditions or injuries. Medical advice isn’t included in my service.

While my programs aim for optimal health, they’re not a substitute for personalized medical advice. However, if you’ve been cleared for exercise by your medical professionals and need a coach who can tailor your regime accordingly, you’re in the right place.

Do I need to have gym access or fitness equipment to work with you?

Nope! Since each program is custom-made, I’ll tailor it to fit whatever fitness equipment you have. If you don’t have access to a gym or need specific equipment to reach your goals, I can recommend what you might need.
