We train with our clients over the internet, giving them the flexibility to choose the time regardless of where they are.

We help people overcome these barriers by offering online personal training, which is becoming increasingly popular. We guide them through each workout session, ensuring they understand exercise form, nutrition, and more, helping them achieve results faster.

Who is Behind This Site?

Samuel Parker

Samuel Parker is the founder of Virtual Personal Training. He is an ISSA-certified personal trainer and holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Georgia. He is also an athlete who participates in triathlons.

Combining knowledge from his comprehensive education with his experience as an athlete, you can trust that his fitness training is the most effective and enjoyable way to train!

He has worked with a wide range of people, from youth athletes aged 6 to 16 years old to osteoporosis patients aged 70 years and older. Regardless of age or ability, his goal remains the same: to motivate them to work out in order to achieve their best body shape and fitness level. He holds his clients accountable and educates them to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
